A front axle set of CCST carbon-ceramic brake discs for the Porsche 911 GT3, GT3 RS and GT2 RS (991 and 991.2), 410 x 36mm. For PCCB cars (yellow calipers) as a PCCB replacement, and for steel-braked cars (red calipers) as an upgrade.

• Steel-braked (red caliper) cars: Surface Transforms' upgrade kit for these cars also carried caliper bolts, spacers and both front brake lines for the larger disc - tell us which brakes your car has so we can confirm what comes in the box.
• Brake pads are not included. Surface Transforms recommend only Pagid RSC1 (road and track) or RS29 (track only) pads with CCST discs.
• The photo shows Surface Transforms' carbon-ceramic disc range, not this exact disc set.

Pads for these discs

• Front pads for PCCB (yellow caliper) cars, Pagid 4927: Pagid RSC1 (road and track) or Pagid RSL29 (RS29's current name, track only)
• Front pads for steel-braked (red caliper) cars, Pagid 4924: Pagid RSL29 (RS29's current name, track only)

Fitting notes

• Bed the discs in with the pads before hard use, as Surface Transforms set out: 20 gentle stops from 30 mph, 20 medium stops from 75 to 25 mph, 10 heavier stops from 77 to 25 mph (about 4 a minute), then about 15 minutes at around 50 mph without braking so they cool below 100°C. Only do this where it is safe and legal.
• Surface Transforms judge a CCST disc's life by surface oxidation, not by thickness: when oxidation fills the 15mm window of their wear inspection tool (their 'Level 5'), the disc is due to be refurbished.
