Returns

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, undamaged, and in its original packaging. You must also provide your receipt or proof of purchase.

Damaged, Faulty or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If your item is damaged, defective, or you have received the wrong item, contact us immediately so we can assess the issue and resolve it as quickly as possible.


Exchanges

The quickest way to receive a different item is to return the original item following our returns process. Once your return has been accepted, simply place a new order for the replacement item.


European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is delivered to an address within the European Union, you have the legal right to cancel your purchase within 14 days from delivery of the last item on your order, for any reason and without providing a justification.

To exercise this right, you must notify us within the 14-day cancellation period by either:

Once you have informed us that you wish to cancel your order, you must send the goods back within 14 days.

Returned items must be:

  • Unused and in the same condition as received.

  • Complete and in their original packaging.

  • Accompanied by proof of purchase.

Return Shipping

Unless the item is faulty, damaged, incorrect, or we have agreed otherwise, you are responsible for the cost of returning the goods when exercising your right to cancel under the EU cooling-off period.

Refunds for EU Cancellations

Once we receive your returned goods, or acceptable proof that they have been sent back, we will process your refund within 14 days.

Your refund will include:

  • The full purchase price of the returned goods.

Any additional charges for standard, premium, expedited, and express delivery services selected at checkout are not refundable.

Refunds will always be made using the original payment method unless otherwise agreed.

Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal

The EU cooling-off right does not apply to:

  • Custom-made or personalised products manufactured to your specifications.

  • Products that have been installed, used or modified after delivery cannot be resold as new.

  • Any other goods exempt under applicable consumer legislation.


Refunds (Standard Returns)

Once we've received and inspected your return, we'll notify you whether your refund has been approved.

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please note that your bank or card provider may take additional time to process and display the refund.

If more than 15 business days have passed since we approved your return and you have not received your refund, please contact us at returns@fdracing.co.uk.

Special Order & Made-to-Order Products

Products that are specially ordered, custom manufactured, or imported specifically at the customer's request cannot be returned for a change of mind once production has commenced or the order has been placed with the supplier. This does not affect your statutory rights if the goods are faulty, damaged, or not as described.
