Description
A recirculating valve kit for the VAG 1.5 TSI engine, which has no diverter valve as standard. It is built around Forge's FMDV008 twin piston valve with CNC machined billet couplers, and it swaps the plastic boost pipe from turbo to manifold for a Fluorosilicone-lined silicone hose. It works only with Forge's FMINDK35 intake.
- Forge Motorsport say the valve prevents turbo surge, increases throttle response during gear changes by reducing turbo lag, and prolongs the life of the turbocharger.
- Replaces the plastic OEM boost pipe, which Forge say can turn brittle and leak boost, with a silicone hose lined with Fluorosilicone.
- Anodised CNC machined billet couplers and a tuneable CNC machined twin piston valve, with two uprated springs to set it up for your application.
- The hose suits modern long-life coolants, O.A.T. coolants and oil mist; Forge say the valve brings on no check engine light.
- Supplied as a complete kit with full instructions, in black or red hoses.
