Powerflex Lower Engine Mount Insert for Ford Mondeo Mk5, Galaxy Mk4, S-Max Mk2

A polyurethane insert for the upper part of the voided original lower engine mount of the Ford Mondeo Mk5, Galaxy Mk4 and S-Max Mk2, sold singly: it limits movement in the mount under acceleration and deceleration, for less wheel hop and more precise gear changes, while the open lower void limits noise and vibration. Yellow 70A for petrol and tuned diesel engines, or the softer Red 65A for standard diesels and automatics.

• Yellow 70A: petrol and tuned diesel
• Red 65A: standard diesel and automatic
• Less wheel hop, more precise gear changes
• Lower void left open to limit noise and vibration
• Matches OE 2225817 / 5165988 / DS73-6P082-AE

Check before you order

• A small increase in noise and vibration (NVH), usually at idle, should be expected; the harder the material, the more is transmitted.
• Powerflex list the Yellow 70A version (PFF19-2525) for front-wheel-drive models.
