Forge Motorsport Intercooler for Hyundai i30 N Mk3.5 Facelift (FMINT27)

A front mount intercooler with a stepped bar and plate core, over 129% more volume and over 71% more frontal area than the stock cooler, CFD-designed cast end tanks and a 65mm inlet and outlet. It comes with a 64mm hot side hard pipe in place of the factory 50mm pipe, both in black textured powder coat.

• Forge Motorsport measured 24°C intake temperature after more than six dyno pulls, half the factory intercooler's 48°C.
• Forge Motorsport say it helps stop the ECU pulling timing and losing power as intake temperatures rise.
• A fabricated ducting system is built into the design.

Fitting notes from Forge Motorsport
