Forge Motorsport Recirculation Valve for Hyundai Tuscson 1.6 (FMDVRMR)

A piston recirculation valve that takes the place of the diaphragm type compressor bypass valve (CBV) bolted directly to the turbo. Interchangeable springs let you tune it, and all of its internal and external components are made in the UK.

• Forge Motorsport say it is a must for cars running higher boost after software tuning, so that boost is not lost through the valve.
• Pistons use heat stabilised Viton O-rings and high temperature grease, and the valve is fully serviceable and rebuildable in minutes.
• Assembled with a green spring, with uprated yellow and blue springs in the box.
• Replaces Saab OEM part number 55558627; Forge say it brings on no check engine light.

Check before you order

• Forge recommend servicing the valve every 3 years or 20,000 miles, whichever comes sooner

Fitting notes from Forge Motorsport

• Replaces: Replaces the compressor bypass valve (CBV) that bolts directly to the turbo
• Megane RS: On a Renault Megane RS250, 265 or 275, fit the uprated yellow spring instead of the stock green spring
