Forge Motorsport Turbo Blanket for EA888 TSI (FMTUBL1)

A turbo blanket designed for EA888 TSI cars to isolate the turbocharger's radiant heat: a carbon fabric outer shell over a calcium magnesium silicate wool core, with high temperature silica fabric and stainless steel rivets and fasteners.

• Forge Motorsport say it helps reduce turbo lag and gives cooler intake air temperatures.
• Interior rated to 1260°C (2300°F) maximum and 1000°C (1832°F) continuous; exterior to 982°C (1800°F) direct contact and 1371°C (2500°F) radiant heat.
• Also suits T4, T5 and T25 turbochargers, the Garrett GTX28 and GTX30 range and the Borg Warner EFR6258.

Check before you order

• It loses its flexibility over the first few heat cycles as the material cures - once fitted it should not be removed, or it will likely be damaged
