Exoracing Turbo Oil Feed And Drain Gaskets

A pair of turbo oil line gaskets pressed from 1mm gasket paper, designed as stock replacement gaskets for most T3 and T4 turbochargers. The set covers both sides of the oil circuit, with one feed gasket and one drain gasket supplied, each with its own dimensions to compare against your turbo and lines.

• Supplied as a pair: one Exoracing oil feed gasket and one Exoracing oil drain gasket.
• Pressed from 1mm gasket paper, with 1mm depth on both the feed and drain gasket.
• Feed gasket measures 55mm long by 30mm high; drain gasket measures 68.7mm long by 29.3mm high.
• Hole centres are 38mm on the feed gasket and 50mm on the drain gasket, with 9mm holes on both. Centre bore is 18mm on the feed and 19.5mm x 15.5mm on the drain.
• The manufacturer says the 1mm paper allows for small compression, which makes the seal much stronger, and states the gaskets will not distort or crack.

• Installation: Quick to install and claimed to last years to come

• Bolt torque: Oil feed and drain bolts should be torqued to the factory torque settings to reduce the chance of an oil leak
• Flange preparation: The turbo and feed/drain flanges must be perfectly flat for the perfect seal
• Re-torque after heat cycles: After checking for leaks, run the engine through a few heat cycles and retorque the oil feed and drain bolts
• Replacement advice: Changing the feed and drain gaskets whenever the flanges are removed is recommended
• Before fitting: Ensure the engine and turbocharger are cool to the touch to reduce the risk of injury
