Exoracing Titanium Water Pump Housing Bolt Kit K-Series K20 K24

A four-piece titanium fastener set for the water pump housing on K-Series K20 and K24 engines. The kit uses Grade 5 titanium hex head bolts with a flanged hex nut, and fits most K-Series water pump housings. Total kit weight is 120g.

• Kit contents are three Exoracing titanium hex head Grade 5 bolts and one Exoracing titanium flanged hex Grade 5 nut, weighing 120g in total.
• The titanium fasteners are forged and their threads are made using a rolling process.
• Exoracing states that the forging and thread rolling give increased resistance to fatigue and a reduced risk of galling during fastening.
• Described as approximately 45% lighter than equivalent steel bolts, with Grade 5 titanium hardware offered as a replacement for Grade 8.8 steel fasteners.
• Titanium is corrosion resistant to a wide range of aggressive chemicals, which Exoracing says gives a longer service life than standard BZP steel bolts.
