A set of 18 Grade 5 titanium bolts to replace the standard sump hardware on Honda K-Series cast alloy sump pans, covering compatible K20 and K24 applications. Made from Ti-6AL-4V titanium, the kit weighs 77g in total.

• Best time to fit: Best fitted while the oil is already drained, especially during a sump reseal or oil service
• Fitting caution: Install the bolts by hand first to avoid cross-threading
• Tightening sequence: Work from the rear centre to the front centre, following a crisscross pattern around the sump
• Drain oil first: Drain the engine oil before removing the sump bolts to reduce the chance of oil leakage
• Installation difficulty: Simple service item, but professional installation is recommended if you are not confident
• Do not over-tighten: Do not over-tighten, as this can damage the sump threads
