Both share the same 82mm horizontal and 69mm vertical bolt hole centres, so the choice comes down to material, thickness and bolt hole size.

• Bolt hole centres measure 82mm horizontally and 69mm vertically on both versions; bolt hole diameter is 10.5mm on the stainless and 14mm on the composite.
• Overall size is 108mm long by 95mm high in stainless, and 110mm by 93.5mm in composite, with a weight of 23g.
• Designed to seal two flanges together, such as the turbo to the manifold, preventing gas from escaping and maintaining the engine's optimal performance and boost level.

• Installation: Professional installation is always recommended
• Flange preparation: Flanges must be clean and flat to prevent the gasket from blowing out
• Resurfacing flanges: Resurfacing the two mating flanges is recommended when replacing a blown or distorted gasket, to ensure an optimal seal
• Replacement interval: Changing the gasket every time the turbo is removed is recommended
• Torque: Torque the turbo to manifold bolts to factory settings, then run the car through a few heat cycles and retorque the manifold bolts to factory specifications
• Before fitting: Check the technical specification table to ensure the T4 gasket is correct for the application
