Each kit pairs a counter-bored male and female flange with a clamp and locking nut, all in 304 stainless steel, and is offered in ten flange bore sizes from 1.75" / 44mm up to 4.5" / 114mm.

• The clamp and both flanges are 304 stainless steel, machined from the material to resist corrosion, with a 304 stainless locking nut carrying a nylon locking collar.
• Counter-bored male and female flanges are used, and the self-aligning flange design helps the joint locate correctly.
• Exoracing describe the result as a compact, serviceable and leak-resistant joint that is quick to remove and refit compared with traditional bolted flanges.
