A 13-piece silicone hose kit that replaces the listed coolant and vacuum hoses in the EP3 K20A2 engine bay. The hoses are made from 4-ply reinforced silicone with a 4.5mm wall, finished in black outside with a purple inner layer, and a full set of 304 grade stainless steel worm drive clamps is supplied with them.

• High-quality 4-ply reinforced silicone construction with a 4.5mm wall thickness, rated at 85 PSI working pressure and 245 PSI burst pressure.
• Operating temperature range of -65°F/-54°C to 500°F/260°C.
• The black outer with purple inner layer keeps the engine bay tidy while adding long-term resistance to heat, water, UV and ageing.
• An upgrade from the original rubber hoses to reinforced 4-ply silicone, described as a practical choice for road cars, track cars and restored EP3 K20A2 engine bays.

• Installation difficulty: Moderate DIY; professional installation recommended if not confident draining and bleeding a cooling system
• Fit when cold: Install only when the engine is cold to reduce the risk of burns from hot coolant
• Match hoses first: Before installation, match every silicone hose in the kit to the hose it will replace
• Clamp tightening: Do not over-tighten clamps, as excessive clamp force can damage silicone hoses
• After fitting: Bleed the cooling system fully after installation and check for leaks after the first heat cycle
