Exoracing D-Series Silicone Hose Kit Installation Guide:
Follow our easy step-by-step guide to install your brand-new silicone hose kit quickly. If you are struggling or aren't confident, please get in touch with a professional who can assist you further.
- First, ensure the engine and hoses are cool to the touch to reduce the risk of injury.
- Drain the coolant by jacking up the car and removing the drain bung on the radiator.
- Start by matching all the silicone hoses with their rubber counterpart; you will find 10.
- Remove the clamps on either end of the hose, remove the hose and replace it with the silicone option.
- Tighten up the clamps on either end of the hose and move on to the next hose.
- Do this for all ten hoses in the kit, moving around the engine bay individually.
- Put the drain bung back in the radiator, fill it with the correct amount of coolant, and bleed the coolant system to remove all air.
