Exoracing Silicone Hose Kit For Honda Civic B16 B18 6pc

A six-piece silicone coolant and heater hose kit for B-series Honda engines, made from high-grade 4-ply reinforced silicone with a 4.5mm wall. It replaces the six listed coolant and heater hoses and comes with a 304 grade stainless steel worm drive clamp kit, so old coolant hose clamps do not need to be reused.

• Six 4-ply reinforced silicone hoses with a 4.5mm wall, rated to an 85 PSI working pressure and a 245 PSI burst pressure.
• Operating temperature range of -65°F/-54°C to 500°F/260°C.
• Black outer finish with a purple inner layer, which is claimed to give a clean engine bay finish while adding resistance to heat, UV, water and ageing.
• Supplied with a 304 grade stainless steel worm drive clamp kit, so the original coolant hose clamps do not need to be reused.
• Designed for owners refreshing tired OEM rubber hoses, improving cooling-system reliability, or tidying a B-series engine bay.

Fitting notes from Exoracing

• Installation difficulty: Moderate DIY; professional installation is recommended if you are not confident in draining and bleeding a cooling system
• Fit when cold: Install while the engine is cold and the coolant system is drained
• Clamp tightening: Do not over-tighten clamps, as excessive clamp force can damage silicone hoses
• Bleeding the system: Bleed the cooling system fully after installation and check for leaks after the first heat cycle
• Best time to fit: Install while draining coolant, replacing the radiator, doing a B-series swap, or refreshing an older cooling system
