Exoracing Gold and Silver Heat Reflective Sheet 1m x 1.2m

A 1m x 1.2m heat reflective sheet made from lightweight polymer laminated glass cloth with a reflective foil face, available in gold or silver. It is rated to 450°C continuous and 1100°C intermittent, and is claimed to reflect up to 80% of radiant heat. The self-adhesive backing is intended for clean non-porous surfaces.

• Sheet measures 1m x 1.2m and weighs 287g, so check the area you want to cover against that size before ordering.
• Rated to 850°F / 450°C continuous and 2000°F / 1100°C intermittent.
• Thin, lightweight construction of polymer laminated glass cloth with a gold or silver reflective foil face and a self-adhesive backing for clean non-porous surfaces.
• Suited to airboxes, intake pipework, bulkheads, floor panels, transmission tunnels, engine covers, fuel cells, radiator panels and other areas exposed to turbo, manifold or exhaust heat.
• Supplied as one reflective sheet with a microfibre cloth and a squeegee.

• Must not be installed on porous or contaminated surfaces.
• Use on nearby panels and shields, not directly on exhaust pipes.
• Avoid porous, dirty, oily or heavily textured surfaces, as the adhesive will not bond as well.

• Application: Cut to shape, peel the backing and apply to a clean non-porous surface.
• Cutting: Can be cut to shape with scissors or a sharp blade.
• Surface preparation: Clean and degrease the surface before application for the best adhesive bond.
• Suitable surfaces: Apply to clean, dry, smooth, non-porous surfaces such as bare aluminium, stainless steel, painted panels, plastic airboxes and smooth covers.
• Applying the sheet: Apply firm pressure with the supplied squeegee while slowly removing the backing paper.
• Avoiding air bubbles: Work from the centre outwards to reduce trapped air and creases.
