- First, make sure your wastegate is cool enough to the touch to work on it.
- Take the external wastegate blanket and place it around the diaphragm (they are shaped only to fit one way).
- Use the locking wire to wrap around both hooks on the blanket, pulling it as tightly as necessary.
- You're all done! Now enjoy reduced engine bay temperatures.
