A laser-cut 3mm aluminium plug cover for K20 and K24 rocker covers, countersunk, precision folded and finished in textured black powder coat with an Exoracing logo engraved in-house. It replaces the factory Honda plastic plug cover with a cleaner, lower-profile aluminium cover, and weighs 260g. Supplied with 2 spacers and 2 countersunk M6 Torx bolts.

• Laser-cut from 3mm aluminium, countersunk and precision folded, then finished in textured black powder coat.
• The Exoracing logo is engraved in-house into the textured black face.
• Said to give the top of the rocker cover a cleaner, flatter look while still covering the coil and plug area.
• Comes with 2 spacers and 2 countersunk M6 Torx bolts, which allow the cover to sit at the correct height.
• Intended as a visual upgrade for road cars, track cars, show bays and K-series swaps; total weight is 260g.

• Check the rocker cover setup before ordering; aftermarket rocker covers, modified coil wiring, non-standard studs or custom coil setups may need extra checking before fitment

• Wiring cover removal: The factory plastic spark plug wiring cover must be removed for the cover to sit flush
• Stud removal: The two OEM rocker cover studs used by the original cover must be removed before fitting
• Removing factory cover: The factory spark plug cover is removed by undoing the four original nuts on top of the rocker cover
• Before fitting: Allow the engine to cool fully before working around the rocker cover
• Tightening: Do not over-tighten the supplied M6 bolts into the rocker cover
• Re-check bolts: Recheck the bolts after a few heat cycles
• Installation difficulty: Simple to moderate DIY; professional installation is recommended if the OEM studs are seized or the fitter is not confident removing them
