A 14-piece silicone coolant and vacuum hose set made from high-grade 4-ply reinforced silicone with a 4.5mm wall thickness. The hoses carry a working pressure of 85 PSI and a burst pressure of 245 PSI, with an operating range of -54°C to 260°C. A full 304 stainless steel worm drive clamp kit is supplied alongside the hoses.

• Best time to fit: Fit while draining coolant, replacing the radiator, refreshing the cooling system or doing K20Z4 maintenance
• Engine must be cold: The engine must be completely cold before opening the cooling system
• Match hoses first: Lay out the 14 silicone hoses and match them against the original hoses before removing everything
• Clamp tightening: Do not over-tighten clamps, as excessive clamp force can damage silicone hoses
• Bleeding and leak check: Bleed the cooling system fully after installation and check for leaks after the first heat cycle
