Exoracing An10 Turbo Oil Return Drain Fitting Stainless Steel

An AN10 male drain fitting CNC machined from 304 stainless steel, supplied with a stainless nut and two PTFE washers. It measures 51.5mm long and 27mm across, and is suited to custom turbo oil drains, catch cans, swirl pots and surge tanks. The full kit weighs 125g.

• CNC machined from 304 stainless steel, with an AN10 male thread on the fitting body.
• Kit contains 1 x AN10 turbo return drain fitting, 1 x AN10 stainless steel nut and 2 x AN10 22.5mm PTFE washers.
• The two PTFE washers are included to stop the stainless steel nuts binding or galling when tightened against any material.
• Measurements to check against your space: 51.5mm fitting length, 27mm fitting width, and washers of 33mm outer diameter, 22.5mm inner diameter and 1.8mm width.
• Suited to custom turbo oil drains, catch cans, swirl pots and surge tanks, and as it is machined from high-grade 304 stainless steel it can be welded if desired.

• Installation method: Fitted by drilling a hole and tightening both nuts together to create an AN10 male port
• Drill size required: Requires a drill with a 25mm drill bit; drill a 25mm hole
• Tools needed: A drill with a 25mm drill bit, an AN spanner for removing the turbo drain line, and 2 x 27mm sockets with ratchet or spanners
• Swarf removal: All swarf must be removed from the sump before installing the fitting, as missed swarf could cause engine failure
• Fitting orientation: A PTFE washer goes between the sump and fitting, with the fitting pushed through so the tapered AN10 end is on the outside
• Optional welding: The nut can optionally be welded from the inside to guarantee it cannot come loose, but the sump must be steel not aluminium and the inside PTFE washer must be removed
• Safety during fitting: The car must be cold before removing the sump to reduce the risk of injury or burns
• Professional installation: Professional installation is always recommended
• Sump cleaning: The sump should be washed out before refitting to the car to remove all metal shards and debris
• Leak check: After fitting, run the car through a few heat cycles and check for leaks
