Exoracing Turbo Oil Drain Installation Guide:
Follow our step-by-step guide below to quickly and easily install your brand-new turbo drain flange. If you are unsure of any of the steps below or do not feel confident yourself, please get in touch with a professional who will install the turbo drain flange for you correctly.
- First, ensure the turbocharger is cool to the touch to reduce the risk of burns.
- Next, drain the oil from the system to keep oil spillage minimal.
- Remove the oil drain line from the turbocharger and remove the existing oil drain flange using the two bolts.
- Ensure you have removed the old gasket, and place the new flange with the gasket between the flanges.
- Place both supplied bolts in the hole and tighten to factory specifications.
- Connect the AN10 return fitting and tighten it to factory specification.
- Fill the engine with the correct amount of oil and test the system for leaks.
- Once you are happy there are no leaks run the car through a few heat cycles, then retorque the drain bolts.
