Exoracing AN10 Turbo Oil Drain Flange Kit

A CNC machined billet aluminium drain flange for the oil return side of a turbocharger, with an AN10 threaded centre hole. It comes in 40mm or 51mm centre-to-centre options and is supplied with an oil drain gasket and two M8x1.25x20 cap head bolts. The base is 8.5mm thick and the flange stands 28mm tall and 25mm wide.

• Machined from T6061 billet aluminium, with an 8.5mm thick base that is said to help reduce the risk of flange distortion.
• The centre hole is threaded for AN10 oil drain fittings, and the flange is designed to connect the oil return side of a turbocharger to an AN10 oil drain system.
• Two centre-to-centre options: 40mm or 51mm. The 40mm kit measures 58mm long and weighs 54g; the 51mm kit is 70mm long and weighs 63g.
• Supplied as one AN10 turbo oil drain flange, one oil drain gasket and two M8x1.25x20 cap head bolts.
• Commonly used on aftermarket GT25, GT28, GT30 and GT35 style turbocharger setups where the bolt spacing matches.

• How to measure: Measure from the centre of one oil-drain mounting hole to the centre of the other; do not measure from the outside edge of the holes
• Professional installation: Professional installation is recommended
• Cool before fitting: Let the turbocharger and exhaust area cool fully before starting work
• Gasket fitting: Place the new oil drain gasket between the turbo and the flange, then install the supplied M8x1.25x20 cap head bolts and tighten to the turbo manufacturer's specification
• Drain routing: Connect the AN10 oil drain fitting and line so the drain route falls smoothly without kinks or high spots
• Leak check: Recheck the drain flange for leaks after the first few heat cycles
