Exoracing Adjustable AN Wrench Spanner AN03-AN16

An adjustable AN spanner CNC machined from 6061 billet aluminium, shaped to match the profile of AN hose ends so one tool covers a range of line sizes. Choose the V1 Standard for AN03-AN16 or the V2 Slimline for AN03-AN12, in black, blue or red anodised finishes that use the same coating as the fittings.

• CNC machined from 6061 billet aluminium and anodised with the same coating used on the fittings, in a choice of black, blue or red.
• One fully adjustable spanner works across the full range of line sizes, with jaws shaped to match the profile of AN hose ends.
• V1 Standard covers AN03-AN16 and weighs 191g; V2 Slimline covers AN03-AN12 and weighs 133g.
• Billet aluminium is relatively soft, which Exoracing says helps prevent damage to either product where the spanner and fitting surfaces meet.
• Described by the manufacturer as suitable for oil, fuel and coolant lines, including PTFE fuel line systems and turbocharger oil feed lines.

Check before you order

• Must not be used with steel or stainless AN fittings as this will damage the aluminium
• Best used only on aluminium AN fittings; using it on unknown materials could cause damage that can mark future fittings

Fitting notes from Exoracing

• Check fitting material: Ensure the AN fitting being assembled is aluminium before use; use a conventional spanner for steel or stainless steel fittings
• Correct seating: Open the spanner to the required size, tighten around the fitting and ensure the fitting is perfectly seated on one of the flat edges before starting installation
• Fitting caution: Damage may occur if the fitting is not fully seated in the centre of the spanner or the spanner overlaps the fitting too far
• Professional assistance: Professional assistance is advised if not confident assembling AN lines
