Exoracing 38mm Stainless Weld On Wastegate Flanges And Gaskets Kit

A weld-on flange set for a 38mm two-bolt external wastegate, covering both the manifold inlet and the outlet side. The flanges are CNC machined from 304 stainless steel and deburred, and the kit includes two laser-cut 304 stainless gaskets so both joints are covered.

• Kit contains one stainless steel inlet flange, one stainless steel outlet flange and two stainless steel wastegate gaskets.
• Flanges are machined from 304 stainless steel on CNC machines for precision, with each weld-on flange deburred; the gaskets are laser cut from the same 304 stainless.
• One flange has tapped threads, while the other has a wider bolt hole for easier removal.
• Flanges measure 47mm wide, 88mm high and 13mm deep at 146g each; the gaskets are 51mm wide, 88mm high and 0.5mm thick.
• Bolt hole centres are 70mm on both the flanges and the gaskets.

Fitting notes from Exoracing

• Fitting orientation: The tapped flange goes on the manifold side and the untapped flange on the wastegate outlet side
• Installation: Professional installation is highly recommended
• Weld preparation: Both welding surfaces should be as clean as possible for the best weld
• Retorque: Retorque the wastegate inlet and outlet bolts after a few heat cycles, as they often loosen due to heat
• Bolt torque: Refit using the supplied gaskets between the wastegate inlet and outlet and torque the bolts to factory specifications
