Exoracing 2 Bolt Composite Exhaust Gasket

A two-bolt exhaust gasket built from two perforated metal sheets with a high-temperature, high-pressure carbon layer in the centre, graphite-coated and fitted with an aluminium inner ring to increase strength. It measures 1.8mm thick and comes in 2.0", 2.5" or 3.0" bore, so check the bore, outer diameter and bolt centres against your flanges.

• Aluminium composite construction: two perforated metal sheets with a high-pressure carbon layer between them, graphite-coated, plus an aluminium inner ring to increase strength.
• Choose 2.0" (50mm bore, 71mm outer diameter, 85mm bolt centres), 2.5" (63mm, 88mm, 92mm) or 3.0" (76mm, 99mm, 107mm).
• Suits a two-bolt exhaust flange and is 1.8mm thick, weighing 12g in 2.0", 15g in 2.5" and 17g in 3.0".
• Exoracing states it is made to OEM specs for fitment between flanges, and that the multiple layers allow a better seal between flanges with imperfections by conforming to defects.

Fitting notes from Exoracing

• Professional installation: Professional installation is always recommended
• Flange preparation: Exhaust flanges must be flat to guarantee a leak-free seal
• Resurfacing flanges: Resurfacing flanges with blown or distorted gaskets is recommended for an optimal seal
• Safety during fitting: Ensure the exhaust is cool to the touch before fitting to reduce the risk of burns
• Torque: Nuts and bolts should be torqued to the factory specification
• Fitting caution: Both exhaust flanges must be flat and meet at a perfectly flat angle or the gasket will likely blow out or leak
