Forge Motorsport Dump Valve for VAG 1.5 TSI 2022 Onwards (FMDV39)

A twin piston dump valve kit for the later 1.5 TSI, which has no diverter valve as standard. It replaces the plastic boost pipe from turbo to manifold with a Fluorosilicone-lined silicone hose in red, blue or black, with anodised CNC machined billet couplers.

• Forge Motorsport say it increases throttle response during gear changes by reducing turbo lag, and prevents turbo surge.
• No check engine lights (EML).
• The FMBGFK22 vacuum adaptor runs the valve, and can also feed a boost gauge with a T piece.

Check before you order

• The later 1.5 TSI engines are laid out slightly differently - check under the engine cover which kit you need
• The other 1.5 TSI engine layout needs Forge's FMDV22 instead

Fitting notes from Forge Motorsport

• Fitting: All hardware and step by step instructions included; fitting takes a couple of hours with average garage tools
