CSF Twin Intercooler Set for Audi SQ7 & SQ8 4.0 TFSI (4M)

A twin intercooler set for the petrol SQ7 and SQ8 and their 4.0 twin-turbo V8, which heat-soaks on the original coolers. CSF's earlier Urus and RS Q8 set needed some modification on these cars, so CSF made this one for them. Each Formula 1-grade core carries 37 rolled 3 mm tubes against the original's 19, between CNC-machined billet tanks, and the charge pipe is welded on in one piece in place of the original O-ring joint.

• 37 rolled 3 mm tubes per core, against the original's 19 tubes of 7 mm
• CNC-machined billet end tanks, fully TIG-welded; the originals are crimped plastic
• One-piece welded charge pipe in place of the original O-ring joint
• Raw billet aluminium, or black coating that sheds heat about 15% faster (CSF)

Check before you order

• For the 4.0 TFSI petrol SQ7 and SQ8 (from 2020). The earlier 4.0 TDI diesel SQ7 and SQ8 are not on CSF's list.

Fitting notes

• Drop-in fit: no modifications needed
• Uses all the original mounting points, and the original mating parts go back on
