CSF Stepped-Core Intercooler for Toyota GR Yaris

A stepped-core intercooler designed for Toyota's GR Corolla and listed by CSF for the GR Yaris. CSF say its tube-and-fin core holds 45% more air and has 73% more cooling surface than the GR Corolla's own, between cast aluminium end tanks, TIG-welded. Motorsport-grade hoses and clamps with 63.5 mm connections are included. On the GR Yaris the front bumper beam has to be cut to clear it; read the notes below first.

• GR Yaris: the front bumper reinforcement beam has to be cut to clear the stepped core, and a water sprayer (where fitted) moved, with holes drilled for it. CSF advise a professional fitter; we can send CSF's GR Yaris fitting instructions before you order.
• The original air ducting needs minor trimming.
