A billet charge-air cooler intake manifold for BMWs with the first-generation B58 six, from the M240i, 340i and 440i to the 540i, 740i and X3 / X4 M40i. The original heat-soaks in hard use; CSF's bar-and-plate core has twice its capacity, 12 rows of water cooling against 6, with a much lower pressure drop. It comes with a fuel rail for port injection, nitrous or methanol ports, sensor ports and a thermal-rejection spacer.
