AP Racing CP9449 Pro 5000 R 4-Piston Race Caliper (Rear, Ø380mm Disc)

A four-piston Pro 5000 R caliper from AP Racing for competition use (rear): a forged two-piece aluminium body with stainless steel pistons, radial mounting on 152mm centres and Ø380mm discs, 28-32mm thick. Sold per caliper with an anodised or nickel plated finish, right or left hand.

• 4 pistons (Ø28.6mm x 2, Ø34.0mm x 2), 30.9cm² piston area
• Forged two-piece aluminium body, stainless steel pistons, high-temperature seals

Check before you order

• Priced per caliper: one axle needs a right-hand and a left-hand caliper.
• This is the caliper on its own: discs and mounting brackets are not included.

Fitting notes

• Bleed screws must be at the top.
• The disc must pass the smaller piston first (differential bore calipers).
• AP Racing say brake parts should only be fitted by people experienced in fitting disc brake systems.
• AP Racing: calipers that regularly run at up to 180°C should be re-sealed every other event; from 180°C to 220°C and above, re-seal as soon as possible.
