A two-piston race caliper from AP Racing for lightweight sports cars: a two-piece cast aluminium body, radial mounting on 130mm centres and Ø280mm ventilated discs, 17.8mm thick. Sold per caliper with aluminium pistons, right or left hand, trailing or leading.

Check before you order

• Priced per caliper: one axle needs a right-hand and a left-hand caliper.
• This is the caliper on its own: discs and mounting brackets are not included.
• Trailing calipers sit behind the axle, leading calipers in front of it: choose the handing that matches where the caliper mounts on your car.

Fitting notes

• Bleed screws must be at the top.
• AP Racing say brake parts should only be fitted by people experienced in fitting disc brake systems.
• AP Racing: calipers that regularly run at up to 180°C should be re-sealed every other event; from 180°C to 220°C and above, re-seal as soon as possible.
