AP Racing CP5928 2-Piston Billet Race Caliper (Ø300mm Vented Disc)

A two-piston race caliper from AP Racing for touring car and rally rear axles, or lightweight formula car fronts: a forged billet two-piece aluminium body, internally ported, radial mounting on 95mm centres and Ø300mm ventilated discs, 16mm thick. Sold per caliper with aluminium pistons, non-handed (fits either side).

Check before you order

• Priced per caliper: non-handed, so one axle needs two of the same caliper.
• This is the caliper on its own: discs and mounting brackets are not included.

Fitting notes

• Bleed screws must be at the top.
• AP Racing say brake parts should only be fitted by people experienced in fitting disc brake systems.
• AP Racing: calipers that regularly run at up to 180°C should be re-sealed every other event; from 180°C to 220°C and above, re-seal as soon as possible.
• AP Racing: fit it with the bleed screw at the top - swap the bleed screw and blanking plug as required.
