20 x Exoracing Wheel Nuts Forged Steel or Aluminium

A set of 20 open-ended wheel nuts from Exoracing, made for aftermarket wheels with a 60-degree conical, tapered or acorn seat. Choose forged 50BV30 chrome vanadium steel for greater durability or 6061 aluminium for lower weight, in M12x1.5 or M12x1.25 to match your existing studs, and in six colours. A four-stud car uses 16, leaving four spares; a five-stud car uses all 20.

• Two material choices: forged 50BV30 chrome vanadium steel for greater durability, or 6061 aluminium for lower weight, with the aluminium option also suiting appearance.
• All nuts are 48mm long. The forged steel version measures 22mm wide with a 17mm socket size; the aluminium version is 24.5mm wide with a 19mm socket size.
• A set of 20 forged steel nuts weighs roughly 1047g, against approximately 501g for the aluminium set.
• The open-ended design lets compatible extended wheel studs pass through without the stud end bottoming out inside a closed nut.
• Supplied as 20 nuts in black, blue, red, purple, grey or gold; the forged steel option also includes the matching wheel nut key.

• When to fit: Best fitted when changing to aftermarket wheels, installing spacers or upgrading to extended wheel studs
• Installation difficulty: Moderate DIY; safe lifting equipment and a correctly set torque wrench are required
• Tightening: Fit by hand and tighten gradually in a cross or star pattern
• Re-torque: Recheck the wheel nut torque after the first drive
• Impact gun: Do not use an impact gun to install or remove the aluminium wheel nuts as it can damage the thread or nut
